Mr Goodfella came on down to my shop last weekend so we could install his dual 25 row oil coolers and fab up some ducting. Jhnrx7 and theorie helped with the fabrication as well The ducting isn't perfect, but it's pretty damn good for making a template in only a few minutes.

Here's some pics of the old vs new setup.

Beer for size comparison purposes. The 25 row coolers hold about a half quart each

This was later sealed with aluminum tape.

and done!

This thread was temporarily deleted because a member of this community made a personal attack on me behind the scenes. This person made a fictitious report about me to my medical company where I've worked for seven years in an effort to get me fired.

It caused me a lot of problems, and I've since discovered who the culprit is. I also will not discuss the matter further on this forum. I've decided to let karma have it's way with this sad individual...... but the whole experience really soured me on the rotary game so I needed a break. Thus, this thread disappeared for a bit. But the attack was a complete failure, and I'm back at it with a vengeance---prepping for the track

Yup, it's a pretty amazing dual-purpose street and track turbo, you'll love it

The OS gearset is sitting at the trans shop, supposedly ready to be picked up. It's been a bit of a long road with the OS setup, and I *really* want it to be right when I install it this time so I haven't been rushing my trans guy.

Thanks Brent, it's just your average run-of-the-mill single turbo car. Doesn't deserve any accolades at all

Oh, and yes sir I need as much seat time as possible before getting on the same asphalt as you, Fritz, Peter etc

Thanks Garret. You're a good friend and your Chris Carlisi 2011 Memorial Motor will be ready soon, been working on it the past few weekends.

Nomz indeed. John Renna master-minded the duct design, and Scrubs, Tom and Eelaana handled the fabricating of the metal pieces.

Yup, without air flow the oil coolers won't perform nearly efficiently enough.

That sucks about that guy, but how does deleting a thread about your car have anything to do with that?

For some last minute ducting it sure looks good. What did you use to cut the aluminum?

So if you make some nice aluminum ones make double .

I got bit more information from Rich.. All I can say is people needs to know the boundaries and consequences. If you are going to step over that boundary to be personal, then you better understand possible consequences. I've always made my decisions this way and I am fully aware the consequences when I retaliate also. Thinking that you could get away with fucked up **** like this in my opinion childish or someone has a big f*&king ego.

At the end, we all need to understand hobby vs. real life. You f$%k with livelihood of someone's life without a warning, seem very immature. I myself have had issues on this forum and others in real life. I will tell you that, I would never cross this type of boundaries without me personally giving a warning or a choice. At the end, we are all adults here. And this is a hobby for most of us.

The majority of the cutting was done using a throat-less sheer, but the little finishing touches were done with a hand sheer. I probably should have used an air nibbler for the fine trimming but it was late and that thing is LOUD.

-Dan

PS, I'd be more then happy to post publicly who screwed with Rich, but Rich asked me not to (I even have a informational post typed). I'm sure he's seen this and is praying no one calls him out, don't worry your time is coming. I'm not sure how long I'm willing to bite my tongue you coward. Rich isn't the first person you've tried to screw, so maybe it's time to let everyone know.

On a positive note....El Presidente (Rich) and most of the Rotary Addicts guys will be attending the baltimore grand prix this weekend!
