My friend want a 20b rx7 so he ask me if i want to build it for him with his help. How can i said no to that!

That all for now! We hope to put the motor back together next weekend but first i have to made a engine stand adapter for 20b and a jig to grind the side seal to spec!

 

Ugh that looks so delicious. I would love to have my 20B ported, I can only imagine how crazy it'd be.

No photo yet but right now i just fit the fd front cover, waterpump and alu braket that hold the fd power steering pump. The alternator would be in the place of A/C unit and i custom made a double idler pulley and double waterpump pulley.

I order next week an xcessive short lower manifold and 6 port injector fuel rail.

Tonight i will make the engine stand adaptor plate to hold the 20B and also the jig to grind down the side seal to spec!

 

This is going to be fun to follow. Looking good!

Small update but no pic yet! I order the excessive shorter lower intake manifold with the new secondary fuel rail made by FFE with 6 port injector!

 

Just finished my custom double waterpump pulley and will have my custom double idler pulley tomorrow. Xcessive lower intake manifold and FFE fuel rail should arrive next week

Double belt water pump, very interesting idea but why not go with electric water pump or add a pivot pulley?

 

For now the waterpump cost nothing versus an 600$+ electric waterpump.

We will run an adaptronic e1280s ecu with AEM smart coil and 6 ID1000 secondary with twin denso pump in parallel!

Custom made double idler pulley!! I use 2 FD alternator pulley and made a new center housing with 2 6000vvc3 bearing

GTX4202r with Adaptronics e1280s ECU! The only part that we shearched again and again is a turbo manifold that fit RHD car!

 

Holy clean 20B batman! Nice work so far, can't wait to see where this goes!

 

Idler pulley almost done! Just need a good cleanup and paint!

Next is the alternator placement under the power steering pump!
