Could try some silver metallic plasti dip just to see how you like it and then you could always go back to white.

Ready for the CFR Aces Rotary meet.
if you’re local to the area come on out it’s always a great turnout of rotaries.

Unhappy

Great drive over to the CLR Aces Rotary meet.

Shes running awesome on this #garageguybuild/tune.

CL Boost holds great at 15.5-16.0 psi.
AFRs are on point with the targets.

Some pics from the great meet

Took her to work today. Oil change and fresh spark plugs are done.
She’s driving great and ready for the 650 mile drive up to DGRR on Thursday.
Cant wait!

Thumbs up Dgrr 2021

Back from DGRR 2021. Such a awesome time.... The roads do not disappoint!
I’m happy that the car ran flawlessly @16psi with cold A/C and cruise control!
Completely happy with my Haltech ECU
#garageguybuild/tune

It was great seeing the familiar friends and meet some new friends which makes DGRR so special.
To sum it up it’s the rotaries, people and roads 👍 I’m already anticipating next years DGRR.
Finally, Thank you to Phil and all the volunteers!

Some pics from the event....

Stephen and I shared a cabin and hung out all this weekend and I got to drive his car. HOLY CRAP that thing is FAST.

I was VERY impressed with the spool of the turbos. I've been wanting to drive a car with the new Borg Warner IWG turbos to compare to driving a car with the twins. When they say "spools like twins" it's no joke - spools like twins then KEEPS ON HITTING, the power delivery is insane.

Nice man very nice. I hope to make it there next year for the first time. I know we spoke at Ace Cafe about you driving there in back. The fact that you made it there and back shows the quality of your build. I am sure you put the car through its paces in the mountains. A well built rx7 is a reliable rx7. Good job brother. Brap on

If you do want to fly over for the trip you will have a blast! There's been guys that have done that in years past. I'm sure you can also find someone with an empty passenger seat to make a Dragon run!

Driving the roads is a part of the deal but meeting everyone and seeing their cars in person is HUGE.

Long car trips are no harder than driving around town. Just steady state on the interstate with lots of air flow. If the car has a solid cooling system and isn't leaking you are fine.

You really need to come to DGRR! I didn't go for a number of years and kicked myself when I finally went and realized all the fun I had been missing out on! Also no one cars if your car isn't "done", paint isn't perfect, etc. - just GO!

I am in the process of making plans for next years event. I will start booking something in January of 2022. I say we get a small rotary convoy together so we may all drive up at the same time. By the way the car looks great. Brap on brother

I'm going to try my best to make it out there next year. Really all my car is missing is boost and water temp gauges, so i can at least know if something is up with the car on a long trip like that. And working AC would be nice too
