Did you find the drive-ability on the Typhoon to be too difficult?

Yes, drive ability wasn't that great. I was told by my engine builder but I had already bought the intake so I decided to use it anyways.

Finally had the LIM modded by Gato and intercooler piping ready for welding. Harness should be ready soon.

Update, I once again downgraded my setup. Went back to a Cosmo intake like my original setup, intake was modified for semi and added 2 more injectors.

Why not just modify an Xcessive LIM? Unless they are not available for the Cosmo.

Probably because those drag setups drive like ****.

They don't work with RE intakes The RE lower is relatively optimal, it doesn't have the same runner matching issues as the REW spec and the ports are way bigger.

Actually the E&J setup is way more street friendly than the ProJay typhoon, reason for the change is that I needed to modified the exhaust to clear the other manifold and also that I'm looking to start enjoying the car more and not looking to make 700-800 hp anymore and the RE manifood with the way larger ports is more than enough, also I get to keep the idle control.

Thanks for the insight into those setups. Not a lot of ppl have back-to-backed those sweet intakes.

Im running the RE setup also but I adapted it to an FD Rotary Works TB so I dont have Idle control. I would need to switch back to the RE TB to get Idle control back, but then I'd need to redo the throttle able. Ahh well. Have a current pic?

With any of these setups are you still running the factory location primary injectors or just what the manifold has provisions for?

I know for certain he had stock location primary injectors on the Pro-Jay setup. I doubt he removed them on the other two setups either since it's a lot easier to idle with them.
