She is down for now as I rip out the subframe and oil pan to take care of an oil pan leak.

UCA ready for new super pro bushings.
LCA option
As most of us know, Mazda no longer carries left side lower control arms. There is now a way to replace the ball joint and these are them. I know they were used in Rob Dahms Pikes Peak 20b FD. I am super excited to get these put in my car. Also there is an option for lowered cars and I chose the lower car kit.

Dgrr
For sure you have to make it out to DGRR. It is the 20th anniversary and I am going to go out and say that it will be the best one ever with the most amount of cars.
I have found that the super pro bushings for the front upper arms need to be pressed in from the insides, opposite of what you have here. That allows them to fit into their holders much tighter. There is a wide side and a narrow side to them, just like the stock ones.
Thank you for the information i am going to have to change them up.
Hmm
So I took a look at the factory upper arms. It appears that the superpro bushings are in place the same way as the oem are. I am not quite sure why you say they are in wrong.
I think at some point the bushings changed or something. But i did it earlier this year, and i installed them like you initially did and it fit very odd into the holders. Flipped them and slid in like the OE ones!
When i say thick side and thin side, i mean the protrusion of the poly from the alum

I think it's the picture's file type that is the problem. They are .heic format images which apparently don't display on the forum, but you can download them (link does appear on forum) and I was able to view them offline on my Windows 11 box.
I am trying to figure this out. I tried that and also did not work. I am going to keep working on it. It is frustrating because in the past I had no problems.
I think you have to convert the .heic files into a jpg, or whatever file type the forum allows. heic is an apple iphone image file and the forum does not support it from what I remember.
There's some various free websites to convert .heic to jpg. I am not sure if just renaming the file extension is enough to convert it to a jpg, worth trying that one first.

I am not sure how i got this photo to work but here is CC components ball joints for lowered cars.
