93 FD 98 motor

Hey guys

So I dropped a 98 motor in my 93 and I didn't realise that the ecu's would not be compatible. Does anyone know the kind of ECU I will need or the FD ECU numbers so I can swap them. Also let me know your take if you think a apexi fc will fix my problem or a haltech.
thank guys

First off: Wrong section.
To answer your question, there are several options.
1) Swap all your external engine components onto this engine and use your original harness and ECU.
2) Get a 96-98 Power FC and hope that your chassis/dash harness plugs in.
3) Get a Haltech, build your own custom harness from the flying lead harness and hope you get it tuned without blowing it up.
