Okay so need some input from the fabricators in the group... I am designing a fuel cell and so far I landed on .090 wall thickness and issuing 6061 T6 aluminum. Once built will I need to line the inside with any type of cure agent, or treatment? There will Ethanol in this tank nearly 100% of the time. Likewise should I be looking a different material or thickness?
Thanks in advance as usual for the input!

Okay so a little bit of an awesome update!!
My rotors have been sent out to CLR for some magic work to be done
I purchased a Pro-Jay manifold to help feed my peripheral ports
I have a mock motor in my car currently so I can get the plumbing finished up while I wait for rotors

Next is I have decided to sell my adaptronic 440 ECU....... To go with a ECU that will better suit my upcoming demands of the motor.... The Adaptronic 1280s !!

So when it comes to my fuel system I have changed it a few times now but I think I have finally found a system I am confident in. The SP1200 by Aftermarket Industries.

I have my E-shaft all spec'd out and it is literally perfect

And the plumbing is going to be complete soon for my EWP set up.

I just hope it's able to compete with other companies prices :-p.
About how long do you think it'll take you to wire in your harness?

The harness shouldn't take horribly long to do, the schematic it comes with is very useful unlike most other ECUs I have wired up. I'm going to say over a weekend I can get it all done up.
Interesting. Yeah I'll be doing my 1280 with the 20b and I'm somewhat at a loss right now on what to do lol
Still looking forward to your work!

That Pro Jay intake is looking good.
What are you Having Carlos do to the rotors?
Scallop, balanced, lightened, side seal clearence, did you go with S4 rotos?

Thanks !
And yes I am having all that done but lightening, I am using S5 rotors, I was considering the s4 but I have some prime s5 rotors already. Hopefully I don't regret that choice :P

Looking great. Hard to believe that this build is happening about 10 miles from my hometown where I grew up (Buffalo, MN). Great job with representing high powered rotaries in MN.

Not sure yet lol it's my weakness right now. I have been hearing the trans out of the 370z with upgraded syncos can handle the hp and rpm.... But haven't been able to find much info on it.
Otherwise I am probably going with a t56

I was told the Z trans aren't able to handle more than 600whp....this comes from a rep from Collins motor sports. This shop makes adaptor plates for 2jz motors to g35/350z trans (when I was looking into doing a 2jzgte in my g35).
