Purchased an FD power steering pump, bracket and crank pulleys to re-install the power steering.
Thanks to http://www.sir20b.com.au/ for fixing me up with the parts.
Everyone raves about the PS depower mod but I have to say it annoys me, maybe the 3 rotor puts a little to much weight up front for it to feel 'right' but personally I think it's a step backwards for a street driven car.
Maybe my arms are just too puny to cope :-)

John,
I've had a 3 rotor in there for around 10 years although been through a few configurations.
I've had motec from day one but slowly built up the system as and when I can afford new products they bring out. May as well datalog everything !
On a side note the Motec ecu's can run a 4 rotor with full ignition split, the new M1 ecu that just came out is truly awesome.
Not cheap but when you add up all the stuff to do it the 'wrong' way then redo it again it wouldn't be much difference sometimes.
Most of the fabrication work is my own just fiddling around in my shed, I hate paying other people to do things :-)

When you get the parts electroplated do you have to clean the threads or anything when they come back to you? How well does it hold up? the build looks good cant wait to see it done.

I think this made a difference as the plating is really stuck on there.
Just figure I would give the parts as best chance to be done properly rather than skimp on a bit of cleaning.
No the coating is pretty thin so didn't have any probs with tight threads.
They even screwed old bolts into the nuts to keep the plating off, that's customer service for you !
Tried a few places in Australia but these guys are the best and no arrogant ego's to deal with on the phone which makes a nice change.

Injector dynamics going into secondary rail.
I wanted to run them in a top feed primary rail but it wouldn't clear with the Xcessive lowered 20B intake manifold. Bit of a design flaw if you ask me so will have to stick with the OEM 550cc.
Designed a bracket in solidworks for mounting the MAP sensor, cut it out on the CNC at work and bent it up. Fits nicely.
