What bushing is this ? I'm trying to source a solid one.

Why ? Well i did the 8.8 rear and im using the crossmember as a tranny mount ( I know is not made for this ). Drag racing sometimes I miss 3rd could be my fault or it can also be that the tranny is flexing too much. Just trying different stuff.

Something like this.
