warning and need advise on whereiscarmonsandiego
this member has about 4 people he ripped off on here for almost a 1000 dollars total.he has probly been banned already but so what he still got away with peoples money..i am doing a motor for a guy and he bought a set of housings off him for 400 dollars. possibly the same housings he was going to trade me some stuff for .the set i was getting had the oil metereing sealed off but then he said ne had another set that wern't sealed off..which im sure was a lie at this point..he bought a set of irons off me and i sent them to an adress in niota tn...now whne he supplied my buddy with a tracking number guess what...the rotor housings went to the same adress i sent my stuff to...he says ups fucked up...we are not idoits here it pretty clear what he did..the adress pulled up a ladys name so im guessing it was his mom or something..well contacted paypal and they can't refund money cause he has no money in his account...so im asking if anyone has dealt with this what is the next step..apparently jamespond has the police already involved..i want this guys money back..please help.. thanks in advance...

I told the Officer that's working on my case that there's afew more people that he scammed. Call this # 423-745-3222 and file a complaint alone with others that got scammed by him. I'm pretty sure if we let the police put our cases together we can put this guy in jail. Keep us updated on your progress.

Well we don't Know WHERE he IS but we know Where He will BE!..That E6K offer was too good to be True..I'm Upset that he had to Pick the Pockets of our Fine members..it Takes a along time to get People to trust each other on here Just to Do a Deal...One Bad apple is all it takes..I hope his tree gets chopped down.

Stop discussing an open police case on an internet forum. That should be obvious, but just don't do it...especially when the guy they're trying to bust has full access to read what you're posting. Don't respond to anything he says unless it has to do with getting your money back, and even then I'd contact the officer before responding. You will not help your case by keeping the future defendant informed as to what you're doing or giving him the information you have obtained to incriminate him. Just let the police do their job.
If you have had a negative experience with carmensandiego, PM the person who started this thread...keep all communication on the specifics of this case to private messages or phone calls. The second you put it online it becomes public information, and can be used against you later on (that means threats, information you've dug up, sources, etc).
