I bought a set of rear bins from this guy and he threw them in a box unwraped, unprotected and the box ends were busted up and he just covered them with just boxing tape (the only thing between the ground and the bins was this tape).

Both side mounts were busted off. Seller "expertrm" didn't get insurance on them and gave no refund for his poor packing.

I now have a paper weight bigger than my desk.

Exclamation

I'm in the SAME boat!!! He said the parts he was sending me were in excellent condition. I repeatedly asked if they were pretty much perfect without any damage/scratches, etc. and he insisted they were. Then he kept asking me when I was going to make payment. Anyone that knows me, knows I quickly pay for the stuff I want, but he kept "following up".

Anyways, I get the parts and they weren't bubble-wrapped or packed well or anything even though I told him to do so. I also asked for insurance, but in this case it doesn't matter b/c the packaging was **** so NO shipping company would've honored a claim. They were wrapped in *shrink wrap*! Honestly, who the F*^K uses shrink wrap to package and exactly what did you expect shrink wrap to do?!? I unwrapped everything and at first all I noticed is how dirty the parts were. They also looked to have been painted. Then, I noticed how the black divider I bought from him had scratches ALL over it and even one scratch that was definitely carved in. It was an "M" carved in to it.

He flat-out lied to me when purchasing and when I contacted him afterwards he blamed it on shipping. I'm very easy to work with so I offered a reasonable solution. He flat-out refused saying these were now my parts and that he had no knowledge of the damages. I've filed a Paypal claim and we'll see where it goes. He hasn't responded to any of my PM's afterwards or the Paypal dispute.

This guy is a J-O-K-E!!! Stay FAR...FAR...FAR...FAR...FAR... AWAY!!!!
