I sent the payment to him 1 month ago and have not heard from him. The last time i heard from him was 1 week after i sent him the payment, and he told me that he was going to ship the item the next day. I would like my refund.

 

Before Doc comes in, just state more info on the case. What you agreed to buy, a link to the for sale ad (if available), any communications (copied or paraphrased), etc.

I seem to recall him screwing some people in the past, can anyone verify? I can't find any old posts about it.

 

Did you ask for and get a tracking number?
How did you pay?

Did you contact him the day after he said he was going to ship it?

 

That's nothing new for this kid,he's dicked a number a people around over the past few years,especially on internet sales.I bought a pair of used injectors off of him with some amount of BS(first agreeing to sell them,then changing his mind a few times in the process).I picked them up in person though.After reading gripes on here and the FC3S forum I don't think I 'd try my luck with any type of internet sale with this chap.

 

Yes, i did ask him for a tracking number. He told me he would get it to me when he shipped the item.

I used paypal. I did file a claim, but it takes 20 days after the date you file the claim, to get the money back. I just want my money back because i dont need the bov anymore.

Yes, i did contact him, but he never repiled.

 

Damn, i guess i should have just searched his feedback, before buying from him.

 

Why did you wait this long to post this thread?

You think that members would have learned by now that immediate action is needed in these situations.

If you did not get the tracking number 2-3 days after he stated that he said he was going to ship it out and he did not respond. Then you should of opened your dispute with paypal and posted this thread.
If you pm someone and you see that they are on the forum and don't return your pm's that should be a red flag!

 

Yes, i know i should have done that. But he didn't get on for a couple of days and now that i see he has been active on the forum.
