I really didnt want to do this, but i purchased some stuff from -Tal- on this forum... seemed like a nice guy, made my payment quickly... never received product or a tracking number. I shared many PMs with him, and in each one he claimed that he was having a crazy week...blah blah blah... or that his grandfather had a stroke, or that he was really busy and would get the stuff out as soon as possible... needless to say that i was understanding, and time went by and i was getting irritated... sent him a very polite email stating that i was getting a little frustrated with not getting my stuff after almost 4 weeks after payment. He finally claimed that the package was shipped out 2/17/07 and that he would get me a tracking number as soon as he got back home... never got a tracking number and still havent received my stuff. I wrote him one last PM on monday of this week stating that if i didnt receive a tracking number or a package by tonight, that i was going to write this thread, and that i was going to report it to Paypal....Im really sad that it came to this, but 575 dollars is a lot of money to be fucked out of...

any suggestions?

 

If i receive my parts, i will gladly retract my statements.... i just want my stuff...

 

he contacted me... the package shipped back to him because it smelled like fuel... (it's a used fuel system) I'll keep you guys informed...

 

Kind of funny though(sorry man)..It smelled like fuel!!..LOL!..Scenario:#1:what is it?..#2..I dunno,smells like fuel"..#1:then ship it back,It can blow up at the Sender's house!"! #2:ok..sounds good!..If you hear a Big Bang,Cancel My lunch order for MacDonalds!"
