So you dealt with them before and was happy but because someone else had an issue you wont deal with them? That makes no sense.. YOU had a great experience.. Someone else didnt.. WTF.....

 

I've had great experiences with RHDJapan, great communication and fast delivery, I even just purchsed a bunch more stuff from them last night..

 

i too have purchased many items from rhd japan and have had zero problems. everything was shipped promptly and arrived safely. i have received prompt email communication as well. i think everyone knows about the pfc issue going on and it would have been a good idea to contact them to make sure they are in stock. i have had one transaction with banzai before and honestly will never give them any of my money. it doesn't surprise me one bit about the annoying/harassing emails this guy sent and his impatience.

 

I have no idea who you are and I do not know what "transaction" you are talking about.

I don't even know why this thead was bumped, the cars that these PFC's were for, have long since been completed and the customers are driving them around.

 

i have bought a few things from them. Good service. Quick email responses. Fast shipping 3-5 days considering its coming from across the ocean. Did you ever try contacting them? They never dodged me. It seems like others here are having good reviews also. RHDJapan is on the boards also. Why don't you just PM them or email them. I believe all businesses make mistakes, and I'm pretty sure they will correct it. Just talk to them, and work it out.

 

It doesn't really matter, this is nearly 3 months old. I ordered 3 Power FC's from Qualified Japanese Parts and received them in 4 days via express mail for $50 less and since then have ordered 10+ more, so I am not really seeing a problem with PFC's.
