Ok i ordered his siebon Cf hood from him. the total cost was 515 shipped. he posted pics and they are still on the site from where he posted them. i sent him the money on May 14, 09 and he didnt ship it till June 19 2009. i was trying to givehim the benifit of the doubt. well i got the hood and it was extremely damaged from the pics that he had posted. Corners were broke. 2 inch chip in the front of it and the hood was bent ( cracked under neither ). So i told him i would be taking it back to fedex and i wanted a refund. well fedex will not ship it because it is to big( it is in the same box). I called fedex and they said they will not cover it if it is a packageing error. which it clearly is. But now he will not resond to me and paypal has told me that it is a disput they cannot help with

 

just FYI, it's a good idea to spell his username correctly (Baltar) so that people searching in the future will see this thread.

 

you are going to have to ship it back via greyhound ~$75, or fedex freight which will be $300+

baltar made an official complaint with fed ex about shipping

so i took the hood back to fed ex and they did their look over on the hood.

so the way i look at it i should get my money back either way. am i right?

if they give him his money back then i should get a refund and even if they didnt then i should get my money back because it was his fault he messed up on the packaging?

 

He should have refunded your money immediately upon receiving pics of the damaged hood as it is his responsibility to hash it out with Fedex. You shouldnt have to do anything other than have fedex inspect it, I cant believe this isnt resolved after 2 months, he should just refund your money.

 

ok im glad its not just me being greedy or something. i guess baltar just works slow. but he already has been "banned" from stuff here on the forum so i just need the money

 

same with me i bought a black headliner from him like half a year ago and still havent got it and ha said he'd refund me but it had shipped out, but for some reason he forgot the tracking# to this day i havent gotten the package..

Doing buisness with this guy is rediculous! I would strongly advise against it. I was originally going to purchase this hood, he had both mine and OP money for the hood at the same. I am surprised I ended up getting my money back. I hope this gets resolved.

 

OK he we was supposed to give me a refund on the 14th, last monday. He contacted me on here asking how i would like the money. i told him i didnt care as long as i get it. so he asked for my paypal....... and i havent heard from him since.

i think i found his dad. Edward.... googled him up and tried to contact him...... he didnt even want to answer any questions.. but idk if that was his dad. But i have his address i get off fall break soon from school. an me and a few boys are going on a road trip.

thats my paypal. he said he sent me a check for the full refund about 2 weeks ago. then he said tha the bank had problems sending it so he was going to cancel the mailing and paypal whatever money he had in his account. AND HE DID tuesday........... but as you can see ^ he cancelled it. hahahahahahahahahahha if i ever see this guy hell need that money to payoff hospitol bills.
