purchased parts from chinawa on the 21st of january with paypal, he stated he recived the money in the same thread and told me said items would ship out soon after.

then i got a pm telling me he had to find a different box so as not to bend one of the window sills and he also said the rest of the parts were already boxed up and ready to go. that was 3 weeks ago!!

i have tried contacting chinawa with private messeges every couple days so as not to be annoying, and recently posted in both of his for sale threads reguarding the whereabouts of my parts, and also why i have not herd a peep from him in all this time.

at this point i just want my money refunded or corfimation that parts will be shipped within the next couple days.

ive been as nice as i could about this, i see no point in getting angry about it...i just would like what is rightfully mine, weather it be a refund or the parts that i paid for.

funny, he's had time to relentlessly bump his FS threads every few hours, but not to ship out parts once they've sold.....

 

yeah i also saw that he was active on the forum every couple of days, thats why i limited my pm's to him to every couple days... i hope this can be resolved in a timly manner.

 

He has had forum activity yesterday and the day before and has still not made any atempt at contacting me about shipping parts to me or refunding my money

 

i have now sent him paypal requests to both of his paypal accounts and sent him an email to the adress posted in his thread...still no response from this guy, i hope noone else has been screwd over by this guy...it would be different if it was 50 bucks, but 250 thats just inconciderate.

 

just close the thread i can see no point in keeping this open any longer, seller still wont respond and most likley will not, so rather than taking up forum space guess im left with nothing...thanks chinawa all i have to say is karma is a bitch and when it bites...it takes a chunk. hope you get what you deserve you thieving bastard.

What paypal address did you use? Do you have any other contact info for him? I have located a cell phone number from a couple months ago, but dont know if it is still valid or not.

 

Dont give up dude, Rx7roller02 is a extremely helpful person. If anyone can get you your money back then its him! Good luck....get em!

 

kkerb85 If I were you id at least make sure I opened a paypal dispute if he sends the items great you can close the dispute, but if not then you are on the way to getting a refund through paypal.

Id advise anyone else who has not got parts to do the same that they paid for form this guy.

I think you only have 30 or 45 days to open a claim.

 

i used his paypal address, sionsub0605@yahoo.com. also in his thread he lists another paypal id sionsub0408@yahoo.com, i have sent money requests to both of these addresses. i have also sent an email to fotoguy@bellsouth.net requesting my money be returned.
and the number he sayd is his cell phone is 305-528-8217. i have not tried call his phone number at this point.

i would file a paypal dispute but me being the nice guy i am i sent the money as a gift to avoid the paypal fees...wont be doing that again.

he was cool with me, i paid him for a part and he got back to me a couple days later and told me that the part was not in the condition he thought it was and gave me a refund, wish your transaction went that easy, good luck with getting this delt with
