Bad transaction: Widebodyseven-short block

I bought a shortblock from widebodyseven on May 20, 2011. He never managed to get the engine shipped out so I requested a refund. I haven't heard from him in a week so I gave him a call and text with no reply. Wideboyseven if you see this please refund me asap.
