This thread has gotten completly out of line. That timmothy guy needs to post up some pics. Hes been online and still hasnt posted any. I know lots of people have the excuse of there digital camera ran out of batteries or they dont have one, but in this day and age how can you NOT have a cam to post some pics. Damn cell phones have cameras on them now.

Hey Roller, just one more thing. About that turbo transaction, the ad was posted as sold on 1/2/07. The PMs show them talking about trying to come to a conclusion with the turbo on 1/22/07, then on 2/5/07 the transaction was fixed. You said 2 months had gone by but thats like 2 weeks or am I missing something?


But anyways, back on topic, We really do need to see pics. I can defintly vouch for Gonzz underhood paintjob being a unique blue.

If his character is so bad to you, how does he have so many people that stand up for him and vouch for him (a good majority of them are people that know him in person)??

Yup, and I still stand by it. I ******* HATE thieves and scammers, and have reached my limit watching people get screwed on this forum. You sent the part out to him, meaning you're neither a thief nor a scammer. But you (allegedly) packed the parts like **** and they got damaged in transit, and it sure looks like you're out to screw the buyer. Why can't you take care of the situation like an adult? Am I missing something here? Did you pack the parts properly and securely?

when the buyer first got ahold of him and told him of the problem, this was his reply:


--his first response to this buyer was "you never mentioned anything about insurance, and I let my buyers bring that up..."

Then, a little later into this mess, gonnz posts this:

Now, let me ask you a serious question here. I just agreed to buy a part from you. When it gets to my house, it is damaged, so I call you. IF YOU REALLY DID ASK ME ABOUT INSURANCE ON THE PHONE PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE SALE, would you then say to me:

1--"I'll call DHL, but you didnt request insurance. I leave that up to the buyer to let me know if they want it or not, and you never said anything...."

OR, would you say this:

2--hey, I dont know what to say, I offered you insurance and you decided not to take it....

That is clearly someone changing their story. If I offered you insurance and you declined, you can bet your *** that my reply to a damaged part would be "hey, I offered you the insurance, but you didnt want to pay for it..." That simply does not add up in my book. Thats what the insurance is there for, no? So, if you are offered it and refuse it, then let the chips fall where they may, at that point, the seller is really off the hook in my book, and I think most people would agree.

All this time, I have been asking gonzz to address this, I surely didnt make it up. but he would rather flex his e-physique in the mirror than handle this like an adult, so I leave it to you to come to your own conclusion about just why an honest person would have to change his tune like this.
