I would like to know why the seller hasnt come back and posted. he kept saying he wanted Tim to post the pics, and now thay they are up, he claimed they would support his story. And he's nowhere to be found.

He was told as Roll was to back off on these posts. I quess its the internet and you don't to answer to the internet police! If any communication was to take place it would be through PM's as people are not up to getting jumped on by others in the GG/BG section. Its kind of sad that people make it there life work to get into others business.

John, dont get into ridiculous posting again. NO ONE was told not to post about the topic. It was made clear that the posts should remain on the topic of this transaction. At no time did neo ever tell me, gonzz, or anyone else to not address this problem. Also, at no time did he tell gonzz to stay away entirely. So, you need to stop trying to stir **** up as you go. Gonzz was on here at 10:30 last night, so it isnt like he hasnt had the chance to be here to work this out.

Just to prove the point, if gonzz really had the intention of working this out, but wished to do so in PM only, the buyer would not be in this thread asking why gonzz wont speak with him at all, would he? Because he already would have heard from gonzz and this would have been fixed, or on its way there. But gonzz has not done so. This obviously kills off your assumption. And obviously gonzz has been paying attention to this section, because all of a sudden, people who bought things from him months ago have suddenly felt the need to post good feedback for him, as if that didnt look like gonzz went fishing for it or anything, right? Let alone the fact that gonzz didnt even have a TII engine for sale in here back in March, and this guy posted exactly one time, which was to leave good feedback. you cant even try to say that he saw gonzz's FS thread and simply PM'ed him because gonzz didnt have a FS thread for an engine back then! But thats a horse for a different race....

This concludes my posting in this thread. I will only post again if Tim sends me more pics and asks for me to post them. Feel free to continue mis-reading posts from the mods at your leisure. For example, no one told "him and roller" anything. The last sentence that the mod posted is as follows:

apparently, after all the name calling by gonzz, after i came back from my holiday, and posted PROOF of the EXACT headlight assemblies he sold me, which were damaged, broken, he still hasn't owned up on his mistake.

isn't it forum rules taht states items must be shipped, insured?

and by saying 140 shipped, isn't that already the seller's apparent responsibility to insure the item?

1, U NEVER ONCE ASKED IF I WANTED insurance, and I ASSUMED u would insure them, coz they were priced SHIPPED.

2, NOT ONLy is this not the problem of insurance. because all this damage was done with YOUR IMPROPER PACKAGING.

dont assume anything. first mistake. there's no rules about items required to be shipped insured.

Where does it say insurance is required on shipments? I sell stuff all the time, mostly ebay. I never put insurance on the packages unless its requested by the buyers. Ive never had a problem with anything breaking either but then again stuff does happen with shipping companies. Me as a buyer when Ive bought stuff from this forum have not expected to have my items insured unless I request it and pay the difference. You claim the shipping was so horrible but have you seen the way the couriers handle packages? theyre not exactly handled fragiley. If the packaging was so horrible, then how was it that only a little screw tab was broken off?

And still what have you "proved"? nothing really. Someone else posted pics up of the assemblies with a small broken tab. Wheres the proof that it was packaged crappy? If your going to make accusations like youve done in this post, Post it with facts and proof, not with opinions of other people that have spoken in this thread.

Why is it scandalous people are posting positive threads about Gonzz? He happens to be someone who sells parts on this forum. Are you under some impression that if theres a negative thread about someone in this section, theyre not aloud to sell other products until this issue is resolved?

Gonzz is a snake. He dicked me to and if you try to work anything out with him it's like talking to a 4 year old. Nothing get's accomplished and he doesn't care because he already has your money. It was, TECHNICALLY your fault for not paying for insurance, you should alllllways ask. That's the BUYER"S choice to get insurance or not. hence, INSURANCE.

He may not have packed it in right, or maybe he did, sometimes the companies(UPS has done it to me once) they took some of the paper out so it would 'fit better' and be 'cheaper' or w/e...
With my experience, personally meeting him, he's a pretty good guy, IMHO.

He's ported my waste gate, I still have yet to see if it's good or not. :P But he did port it. :P

I disagree with you 100%----I insure every package I send, I'm a responsible seller and roll it into the shipping charges. Of course, I pack very well and havent had a problem yet with a damaged part.

I also *seriously* doubt that UPS would open up a package for the reasons you list......

 

Brian, the only reason he said that is because he knows I'm black and he sounded asian on the phone... And the fire couldn't happen to a better guy.. Post a pic so i can laugh at it..
