I paid pinston for a pair of fenders on the 17th, I asked for a tracking number 3 times so far and have not gotten one. I was responded to by him once and was told Id have a tracking number next day, its been 4 days and still waiting. I started a claim with paypal and still no response from him!!!!!

f1bluerx7 was a nice guy, I paid again on the 17th. No tracking number, got a pm yesterday that it went out yesterday due to personal problems. I asked for a tracking number by end of day or I will start a paypal claim. I believe him, just want proof, thats not so hard!

total bullshit, check my paypal teamafx79, check my paypal, I wouldnt do that. You told me your gf's mom sends them out, you cant do it yourself, and cant provide a tracking number which is all Ive asked for. You wont do it, you cant even tell me the day they shipped. Its been 2 weeks and the ups ground from Ill. to mass is 4 days. If they show you can keep your money, but I havent seen them yet. what a joke, defend it by telling me you dont have a tracking number and to go f**k myself. Money is tight everywhere, you dont just take money and be a dick, with no proof you even shipped them, and you havent responded to paypal, email, or pm's in a week, what am I supposed to think.

First off, this language doesnt belong here. If you cannot conduct business maturely, then please conduct your business elsewhere.

Next, you were asked for a tracking number, and you told him that he would have one the next day. Yet you provided none, and you dont provide one now. You gotta be smoking crack if you think we are going to fall for this post--you can bet your last dollar that if someone bought fenders off of me, and I legitimately sent them out, I would be chasing THEM down for my money. You claim the guy scammed you? FINE--then post the tracking information showing that he received the fenders, or stop making such accusations here! UPS Ground was mentioned--they give you a tracking number when you ship that way. If you actually did send these out, you would have that number and this would be solved in an instant.

So, please post the tracking number. Until then, you dont have anything else that needs to be said here.

 

its monday now, ups has come and gone, still no fenders have shown and I dont expect them to, just thought id post it up so everyone knows

i just bought his silver roller last week. It got here Friday and he said the title was on it's way and it's still not here and he's not answering my calls now. . .

opened a paypal dispute for a full refund if no title is given. At this point, I'd rather give the car back and be out $500 for shipping than deal with craziness.

Got the title. The previous owner Jerome sent it to me with a bill of sale. So now we're all good. Gonna go to the DMV soon and make it all official or something. Got lucky on this one.

Can I ask you something: Did he not disclose the "issue" with the title prior to the sale? I looked at this car for myself as it was local and didn't purchase because there were too many issues involved. I'm just wondering whether he properly disclosed information to you?
