Morning all,
I wanted to give everyone a heads up that they should avoid Final Form USA. I ordered CraftSquare TCA-F mirrors from them in mid February with an understood 10-12 week lead time. Once we got to about 12 weeks I sent them an email just to get a status. No response. Over the next month or so I sent a couple more polite emails simply inquiring about the status. No response. I also managed to dig up a phone number (not easy to find) based on a post from this forum. No answer. I filed a Paypal claim in mid June stating that Final Form has not communicated at all and that I would be happy with my money or the mirrors, don't really care either way. Paypal gave Final Form until August 3 (so at least 6 weeks) to respond to my claim and they never bothered. The claim has since been settled and my money refunded. Avoid Final Form at all costs.

Yeah, I saw this just before I posted mine. In the future I am going to check these sections more carefully before pulling the trigger on a purchase

 

Man I'm glad paypal took care of you. FinalForm is now known to be a fraud, which is a shame cause it didn't have to be that way.

 

I wish I had been able to see this because on August 2,2020 I ordered a Odula cf wing insert. I have not heard squat from these people in 6 months now. $759.00 down the flusher

 

That's bullshit man. If I were in your shoes I would go on instagram and began commenting on and messaging FinalForm's individual members over their accounts. (clayspec) (titococoloso) (finalformfc) seem to be a few that might be worth messaging. Good luck.
