Dudemaaanownsanrx7 Water Inj Pressure Sources

Has anyone experimented with pressure sources for this kit. I have a nipple on my compressor that I use to pressurize the profec B solenoid and the wastegate. If I Tee into this, I am concerned about affecting the boost control. Has anyone experimented with this? What pressure sources are you using for your wastegate/profec/water tank(I am connecting the 8lb boost switch into the tank) as well as the h2o soleniod?

I am thinking of running a pressure line from the turbo elbow into the tank and a separate pressurized manifold source to the h2o solenoid...thoughts...comments anyone?

weld a fitting into the intercooler piping and use that to pressurise the tank..

do not touch the boost controller vacuum source or the wastegate.

just put a new nipple in the uim and take it from there.

When I installed his kit I got the pressure source from the Greddy elbow. I drilled and tapped it for 1/8NPT and installed the quick disconnect fittings.

A single line from the elbow seemed to work fine for this guy.....

I too would not "T" into vital parts of the system to pressurize the tank. A single clean line anywhere from the compressor to the throttle body elbow should work fine.
