Racing fuel Concentrates (real octane boosters)

I have been looking into buying unleaded 100 octane to mix 50/50 with if I ever attend a circuit/rd.course for added protection. I have my car tuned for pump gas, so a 50/50 mix with 100 would yield around 96.5 oct. This would give me added protection against high intake temps and lower the chance of knock. THis kind of added protection seems to be very popular with circuit racers. They seem to have tunes for 93 oct. but mix in some 100oct from 20-80% to achieve up 94-98 oct just for protection not performance. Good idea.

SO as i was looking for sunoco unleaded 100oct. We actually have a sunoco pump in town with 260gt unleaded 100oct for 9$ per gallon. ANywho- while looking for race gas I kept running into "race fuel concentrates" and they seem to have some good results. And could be a substitute for a 5gal can of 100oct and could end up being easier to handle and cheaper than race gas by a good amount up to a certain octane number. These companies are real and can raise octane from 93 to about 105 on avg. They all have there own mixing charts and instructions.

Here they are.

Torco - Torco unleaded accelerator - it is not just another octane booster

Race-gas concentrate - RACE GAS | Racing Fuel Concentrate

Dragon racing concentrate - Products

Boostane - https://www.boostane.com/

SOme reading. Boostane Octane booster - Engine - GT-R Life

They all seem to use methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl or MMT. I believe this is what cause these products to share the same orange residue on spark plugs and exhaust. Supposedly does not cause premature fouling of the spark plugs.

Have you thought about using Tolulene?

Toluene aromatic hydrocarbon industrial applications as fuel octane booster, racing fuel additive

There have been several threads on this forum about toulene or xylene. I need to try to find real results from labs and such for toulene and xylene. I'm also curious if they are corrosive since they are used in paint thinners. The more info the better I feel about using such product in my car which is probably why ,for now, I'm interested in the fuel concentrate. There are plenty of info and tests that have been done(such as testing it with premix/2-cycle oils)- plus they are all designed to be mixed with unleaded fuel so it must be fuel system safe. No corrosion or I'll effects. Although they do tell you that the MMT does sink after a while.(seperates). This is tested and they tell you. I don't know how long it takes for toulene to seperates from the gas. Or how compatible it is for 2 cycle premix.
