Before I go in to what is wrong, I'll list what I have for modifications.
Big Street port
Turblown BB TD61 with 1.00AR
Bosch ev14 550/2000 injectors from fuelinjectorconneciton.com
AEM direct fire
BUR7EQ trailing BUR9EQ leading
xcessive LIM
deleted OMP
MTX-L
custom v-mount
using internal map sensor
When I initially got the car running, I was using the OEM narrowband sensor and had some grounding issues. The car would shut down as soon as the fans tried to kick on. I also forgot to cap a couple of vacuum ports. But, the car idled at about 1100 RPM very smoothly. This was also running without the turbo feeding the intake.
So I then fixed the grounding issue, capped the vacuum ports, installed the MTX-L and hooked up the intercooler piping.
Now the car won't idle, has a hard time starting, and runs super rich when I hold it at 2500rpm. I've rechecked grounds, double checked vacuum ports, I have spark, but now the car is not running well, at all.
I have since disconnected the intercooler piping and re-calibrated the MTX-L and still nothing. Tons of smoke when holding it at 2500rpm and AFRs are around 9-10. Obviously it's running super rich but I can't figure out why. I hadn't changed anything in the map that Elliot had provided me.
The map used is attached over on my thread on the Adaptronic forum.
Please help! I'm not too savvy on tuning anything but I can follow directions pretty well if told slowly. lol

Can you post a datalog?
Do you get a legitimate MAP reading with the engine running? Having the hose to the MAP sensor connected to the wrong port or kinked would cause an issue like this. Assuming the fuel map you're using is relatively close to what you actually need.

I'll have to look again but I'm pretty sure I was getting a good reading.
New spark plugs deliver tomorrow so I'm going to try again with fresh plugs and get a datalog.
