Liquid pressure sensor questions

Alright so I finally got my car running, the OEM trigger wheel was bent and an FFE wheel fixed the issue and it started right up. Now the only other issue I have before getting my street tune done is the liquid pressure sensors I have wired to piggy back off the OMP system. Now my friend wired them in before he sold me his newish Engine harness and looks like he used one of the stepper motor wires for the sensor ground, it was reading 12 volts. So I found the sensor ground in the actual plug and wired it in. Both sensors were reading voltage in Eugene and an abnormally high psig for a non running car. Since swapping the ground my Fuel pressure sensor only reads .64 volts and 4.6psig while the car is running with an afr of about 12 at idle. The oil pressure sensor does not read voltage or pressure. I am assuming it is a wiring issue with the ground for the oil, but I am unsure if the fuel pressure sensor is reading correctly.

any ideas or directions I can go with it. the 5v reference is 5volts, and the sensor ground reads 0 as of right now.

You need to figure out your sensors PSI to voltage and program the range for the sensor correctly.
Usually 0 psi i 0.5v and the PSI max on sensor is 4.5v
