boost by gear

I'm finishing my project and I have a doubt, to use the boost function for Gear, as the sensor 1-2 to adaptronic have installed? as they configured?

Hi Ciclovnz,

Sorry you lost me mate. What do you mean with "sensor 1-2"?

For boost by gear to work, you will need:

1. A properly working speed sensing system. You will know it's working if the MVSS reading in F2 ALWAYS matches the speedo. If not, it might need calibration and it's discussed in the manual how to do it.
2. Gear detection is working properly. You can check this by running through all gears, and check if the gear reading in F11 ALWAYS matches. If not, might need calibration and it's discussed in the manual how to do it.

With gear detection working properly, you can now set the duty cycles that you want per gear, and those duty cycles should be the maximum duty cycle you should see per gear.

Hope this helps. Thanks.
