Zippo 3rd Gen Lighter

Just found this on a site, never seen these before. Pretty nifty how it moves to show under the hood.

I saw one of these recently at an automobilia store. They only want like $75 for it. It is with a whole bunch of Mazda stuff, keychains, cups, one of the rotary watches....I may have to go get it now that I am reminded of it!

It dont matter if you dont smoke... as long as you hang out with people who do. Imagine how cool you will feel when you whip that thing out to help a fine looking girl out with a light.

I saw this about 5 years ago, they are too expensive for a zippo, but they are Damn nice. They also have it for FC and Miata. Also I saw a rotary watch very very nice I wanted that but the price after conversion is around 800USD it looks like a seiko. Oh they are all by Mazdaspeed.

seriously?? you guys like those?? i can get 'em. they're not $75 though. more like double that. look at the prices on the link in Moxeys93rx7's post. the zippos with the hood that opens are $$$. and that's if they're still available. pretty accurate in detail. i can get that or anything else. lemme know if you're interested.

unfortunately, the fd zippo was a limited run of 1000 units. they're not made any more.
it seems though, that there are some copies around. don't look as good as the original, but pretty close.
here are some pics of mine.

*EDIT - oh ya, i don't mean to tease... i can't sell this one cuz it was a gift sorry - japanese thing

I have always wanted those damn zippo lighters. You can find ads in Option magazine... and yah.. they're quite expensive.... so much so that I'd fear using it... might lose it or something...
