you find the leak?
my car is hanging out around 180-210 as of late. San Diego, is not that hot (93).
1st off I have been told for our area the coolant mix should be 80%H20 and 20% coolant.
2nd I have been looking through the forum and it seems that our cars sometimes only leak at higher rpms. CHeck all your hoses.
3rd the initial description you gave happened to me when I first got my car smogged. My radiator had blown, so you might want to get that checked out.

Wow, that's a good one.

Sometimes you don't know how stupid someone is until they open their mouth, and make it clear to everyone

I doubt that, Adam is pretty well respected on this board and gives good advice. He just may not have as much "tolerance" as some of the other people.

Hmm... Is there a way to check the amount of antifreeze in the system ?

My Mazda service put in my coolant when they installed my Koyo. But since I don't think they can be trusted, is there a way to check up on that (other than draining & refilling & burping & refilling & burping & .... you get the picture ) ?

What is the coolant mixture in other cars ?
