I would like to thank everyone for their input.

I sent an email to the dealer about the condition of the engine and if he had done a compression test on the engine recently.

Other than that, I feel a lot more confident in buying this car. Just going to get my friend who is a mechanic to test drive it and give it a once over look and hopefully I'll post some more pictures and info on the car.
