Yet another boost problem
I bought the car with a non-sequential mod done on it. After coolant leaks I went to take it in to get fixxed. Come to find out the coolant line to turbos was all rusted and messed up, we removed turbos to inspect and I had a hole in the turbos. Bought new turbos and now instead of 11lbs I only get 6. The mechanic told me a vacume line had a nice square cut in it, I guess so it wouldnt shut the waste gate or bov. Either way, how can I get the car backup to 11lbs. It just doesnt feel fast at 6lbs. Thanks in advance guys.

Exactly HOW was the non sequential mod done? Something there could be causing you to only get 6psi. Who knows, maybe there was a cover over the old CRV nipple and it could have popped off.
I'd check all the hoses going to the WG and up to the solenoid just to make sure.

Check old threads about restriction pills in the lines. If it is the same line i'm thinking of you would need pills in there or the stock spring will resort to 7psi. I know you said you had 7psi but the ability to read the gauge and teh gauge brand could make it 6psi.
