y-pipe problem (pics)
ok, i just changed the rear turbo on this car, i removed all the assembly as i was suppose to change the primary turbo also.
everything bolted back up together really well until i got to the y-pipe. here is what it looks like.
no matter how much i try to pry it, there is no way this is going to line up right.
anyone ever had that happen? I am kind of out of ideas.
thanks a lot.

Loosen the peices that go to the turbos, then hand fit and tighten the bolts for the y-pipe. Did you remove all the pipes beforehand and check if they were ok? The o-ring on that rear turbo side should have vasaline or similar lube to keep it from coming out of the groove and/or pinching. If it's not on their snug it should be replaced. I can't remember if you can do only one bolt on each turbo inlet (like drivers side front/rear then passeger side front/rear) but if you can that may help. Are you shure you aligned the turbo assembly ok?

Well case is solved guys, i had an other set of turbos lying around so i made sure the y-pipe fit nice and realised that the angle of the turbos were off a little so that really was my problem.
luckily, i was able to pry them without having to remove the whole assembly again.
thanks everyone.
