Get one with a clear title and better headlights.

I agree that the lights are cra**y but for 5k? the cosmetics can be fixed.

 

its an automatic. those can be found cheaper unmolested than you can fix the cosmetics and all the other crap that is potentially wrong with the car. Looks like it was modded by some ricer - and ricers aren't known to be particularly bright when modding cars so figure the engine is garbage and the frame is tweaked (salvage title).

 

I wonder why it's been totaled...like what happened to it, and how/who fixed it?

 

In a word: NO. Even FDs is good condition require a lot of work and buying one that's been trashed is just asking for trouble.
