Won't keep idling (dies) after startup

This problem has been bugging me lately, car starts fine but I have to tap the gas all the time so it doesn't die until it somehow "stabilizes" to keep idling itself.
It becomes worse and worse after each day so something is keeping on failing???
I've no clear idea where to start troubleshooting this? Any help would be much appreciated.

See the videos plz

Here it stabilizes for a short time then struggles and dies again:

Could you please post up the values? I'm having the same issue.

These were the values that caused the problem:
Code:
    <table>
        <tr><td>Temp (F)</td><td>Add (%)</td></tr>
        <tr><td>-4</td><td>76</td></tr>
        <tr><td>32</td><td>73</td></tr>
        <tr><td>68</td><td>68</td></tr>
        <tr><td>104</td><td>50</td></tr>
        <tr><td>140</td><td>20</td></tr>
        <tr><td>158</td><td>0</td></tr>
    </table>
Then backed them up to these values (ECU default) and problem fixed.
Code:
    <table>
        <tr><td>Temp (F)</td><td>Add (%)</td></tr>
        <tr><td>-4</td><td>20</td></tr>
        <tr><td>32</td><td>15</td></tr>
        <tr><td>68</td><td>10</td></tr>
        <tr><td>104</td><td>7</td></tr>
        <tr><td>140</td><td>3</td></tr>
        <tr><td>158</td><td>0</td></tr>
    </table>
The old map was kinda OK in winter months when the weather was relatively cooler but it started popping out its head as the outside temps started to rise over the time.
