Won't crank

Charge the battery full, jump the battery with starter failed. Able to start vehicle push start so replace starter but still no crank!

On my FC I had a theft deterrent sys problem that broke the current to the starter I think because the computer didn't get the proper signal of door unlock. I haven't looked at the theft deterrent sys for the FD but they may be similar. See if there is a starter cut relay in this system, you can remove and jump the terminals at its connection to see if this is the problem.

Yeah, try jumping the relay(s) in the started solenoid circuit and then you should at least know if it's in the relay or a sensor that is causing the ECU not to complete the circuit.

My car did the same thing recently. The security system has a relay that will cut the starter. There's also a switch that the clutch pedal pushes in at the bottom of it's stroke that will allow the starter to engage, and I'm sure automatics have a similar lockout switch.

My problem turned out to be the clutch switch...but it wasn't the switch itself, it was a piece of plastic "cushion" that broke and fell out of the clutch pedal, allowing the switch to just slide right through the clutch pedal without being actuated.

+1 for this, my plastic "cushion" piece broke as I was at a starbucks with the wife and I started to freak, she some how managed to make a suggestion that lead me to check it out ended up electrical taping a dime in its place haha

It could be any number of components between the battery and the solenoid on the starter. Only thing to do is to get yourself a voltmeter and a set of wiring diagrams, and start checking....

Check relay good, power flowing at Crank. Clutch switch fine, Inter lock switch is good. but no power going to the inter lock switch.. Isn't power flow straight from starter relay?

Search "click click start". You may have a problem with the anti-theft relay in the lower driver kick panel. There's instructions showing you how to bypass the relay. When you start the engine, the signal goes through the clutch switch AND that relay before it goes to the starter.
