I have an R1 FD with the spoiler and the like, but ive been lately looking at all these FDs without spoilers and i started to like that look ALOT. I wana know the opinion of other people. Let me know!

 

got n e pics of ur car? makes it easier. i think VR FD's look great with wings. silver and black on the other hand no wing

I like the way that car looks with no wing. The body lines look so much better.

 

I think it's opinionated if you want a wing on your car or not, and it should be up to you if you keep it. "Who cares what they think!" is what I always say

Don't forget, if you remove the wing you'll have holes in the rear deck--it'll make the car look like ****.

 

i keep going back and forth, i hated the look of a wing before and now a racing beat wing type 2 or 99 spec keeps growing on me

My car has no spoiler. I bought one, and set it on the rear to see if I liked it. I didn't, so I got rid of it. Really a matter of personal taste. If your are not sure, leave it alone.

Since your car is an R1, I suggest you keep the spoiler. An R1 is supposed to have one. If you remove it, the car's resale value will drop. You may even have trouble getting a new buyer to believe that it is an actual R1 without the wing.

i have been debating the same thing i have a black fd and i bought the r1 spoiler off a member or this forum and when i set it on the car i really didnt like it as much as i thought i would so now i cant decide if i should sell it or hang on to it

 

I like the wing, but I'm not what you could call an impartial adjudicator...

I am totally for the wind. When I look at it without one I feel there is somthing missing. Besides what is a real sports car without a wing.
