can anyone help with this?

i have no clue why those two wires are cut

can't really tell from the pictures what/where they come from or go to... if you could post what color the wires are, i'll help you go through the wiring schematic... you could also download these of the internet as well...

The wire you have in those areas are knock sensor brown single wire, temp sending unit wire, a/c clutch wire, amd p/s pump

I did that with mine. it was easier to unbolt the PP bolts than to try to get the T/O bearing undone.

yeah actually while we're on the subject of the pressure plate, do you think i should reassemble this way or take off the PP, bolt it to the tranny, and use an alignment tool? If I just reassemble the way it is now I won't need to worry about using an alignment tool correct? And it appears that the flywheel matches up with the PP any of 3 different ways, so it shouldn't be too difficult.

let me knwo what you guys think.

the wire thats says "knock or cabin coolant temp" should really read "oil pressure or cabin coolant temp". Also the knock and PS pump connectors are identical but there is only one of them in the pic, the other one is on the main engine harness. I'm thinking the knock is on the engine harness and the PS one is in the pic above?
