wire ring/wedge collar (clutch install)
well i'm in need of a new wire ring/wedge collar
is this something that mazda usually stocks at dealerships? i would imagine being a maintenance item...
i'm hoping i can get one tomorrow @ a mazda dealership, what do you guys think?

i got the pineapple clutch disk, and was going to use my stock pressure plate, and the racing beat alum flyhweel
anyways, i see that the problem is that my wire ring is expanded too much, so i'm going to heat it up and make it smaller, and then cool it rapidly, to try and form it smaller
then it should spring onto the throw out bearing and provide the necesssary force for the pressureplate to disengage the clutch

If you are going to order that, you might want to order a new oil seal for the pilot bearing (if you are replacing the pilot bearing). Mine was torn up when I did my clutch/flywheel and the kits don't come with a new one.
