Window missing seal and new antenna?

Ok, so when I got the car, the window would sometimes fall off the track when I would roll the window down and close the door. The window would also rattle if it was rolled down a little. I thought it was a bad track or something, but then I got my windows tinted today, and they were saying that there is supposed to be a seal on the bottom I guess inside of the door and they said that I am missing it. Anyone know where I can pick one of these up and for how much?

Anyone else experience this problem?

Along with this problem, my radio is acting up. When I also got the car I had horrible radio reception from the radio. I would only get certain stations. When I installed the new deck a couple days ago, I found out that the antenna adapter that goes into the back of the aftermarket deck was broken. I went ahead and just put the connecter back onto the wire, but I just basically stuck it on there and then plugged it back in, and it still has about the same problem. I don't know if that is the problem or if it is my antenna because the antenna is not coming up all the way. Even when I pull the antenna up all the way to full extension it doesn't seem to help pickup stations that I get all the time so I don't know which one is causing my problem.

Anyone experiencing this problem? Help!

Ok, so I went today and the window is missing a seal. If you look at your door from the outside right near the handle, there is a seal there that starts by the handle and goes all the way down into the actual door and that's what the window sits in so that is my problem.

Anyone know where I could pickup this seal?

I've got one for sell if you're interested. The one I have came from a driver's side door, but they should be the same for both sides. You can check the part numbers at your local dealer, or I can do it at mine.

Dmoney, it's not the seal you are pointing at. If you move your finger up there is a seal going along the line of the door handle panel there. That seal goes from there and goes down into the door/door panel, that is the one I'm missing.

This is the seal/window track that is needed to replace what is missing.

runs down the glide? Pull the panel, check inside the door, sometimes they drift down and fall within.

radio: am reception, fm reception?

For the radio I think I'm going to go ahead and replace that adapter with a new one and hopefully it will work. If it doesn't work then it has to be the antenna from the car and not the connector

Danny, I just got my windows tinted and they pulled the panel to take the window out and they said that it was missing and that's why it was causing my window to sometimes fall off track and why a whistling sounds when on the freeway.

Ray's number is in the sticky in the first couple of threads.

I'd still pull the panel and check the well of the door, I doubt if that piece went anywhere but down.

careful not to break the two plastic guide pins near the window. Off the top of my head, unscrew 3 perimeter, 1 by the inside door release. Pull the plastic covers left and right of window, the bin, then you should be ready to pull bottom out 4-5 inches to free the push connectors, bring back to door and lift upward to remove)

Ok, so I deadened my doors today and took a look at my problem with the seal. When you take off the door panel and look within the actual door, you will be able to see the track that the window goes up and down on. That is the seal I am missing and I need. Is there any way to get this seal?
