I've noticed that when I go to full throttle when I have about or less than half a tank of gass, that the car cuts out and comes back up. like it bogs down and makes an odd gurgling sound and comes back. this also has been happening recently in about 3rd gear on hard full throttle acceleration. anybody have any idea about what this might be? I think it might be fuel cut but im not sure.

 

Sounds like you are just have a fuel pick up issue. I would start with the baffle. Here's some info:
