Why my compression is very high?

You want to test your compression after the car has been thoroughly warmed up.
When you tested one rotor, did you have both plugs removed from the other rotor?

The FSM directions explicitly say to warm the engine to operating temp, then conduct the test after ten minutes to let the manifolds cool.
Ten minutes leaves the core of the engine very warm and thoroughly lubricated. I believe compression results are abnormally high if the engine is cold.

I have that same tester and i just got it fixed
and i have the Original mechanical with thermal paper tester =-)

Like your second post states I found the answer I was look for with my test, the apex seals are healthy.
