Are used ACV's that unreliable after some basic cleaning? Are there not a ton of USDM cars with low mileage that delete the ACV?

After looking into the part number provided by j9fd3s, it turns out that it was listed in Mazda's heritage program. I'm assuming this list was influenced by technicians and enthusiasts. This selection suggests that cleaning alone may not adequately address the underlying issues with ACVs, highlighting a recognized need for a more comprehensive solution. In the case of low-mileage USDM cars that opted for ACV deletion, it seems there was a common assumption among owners that these parts were not worth keeping, leading to their disposal.

(Edit: I put a WTB post up so we'll see how it goes, crossing my fingers)
