Unhappy whooooosh

i recently posted a thread asking about y my second turbo wouldnt spool. I am getting a big whoosh noise and i have replaced the lines running to the stock bovs. I was wondering what other lines should i check and replace that could also cause my second turbo to not spool. i am also only running 2 psi in the secvond turbo range but full 10 in the first. Need help bad and confused as hell.

Check th coupler that connects the y-pipe to the crossover pipe... Mine ripped and I had the same problem

Check all the tubes and couplers from the Y-pipe to the elbow. Sometimes you need to squeeze the couplers or the tubes to actually see the hole/rips in them. If that fails have a look at this:

Don't even bother to squeeze them - physically remove them from the car, take them to a brightly lit place, and turn them inside-out to look for cracks or tears. The lower elbow entering the intercooler requires that you also remove the metal shields to see the whole elbow.

Sorry, I meant that he should remove them first, then squeeze them( turning them inside out is even better ). For the lower and upper hoses to the IC, it may require you to squeeze them before you see any cracks in them. That's what I did, and that's how I found my boost leak.
