what size turbo are you runnings? I ask because if your running a larger turbo....my guess is it needs a rebuild. Larger turbos on rotaries are known to brun through seals because the turbo is not in its efficiency range as it's supposed to be which causes the seals not to properly seat and also wear out much much faster. Also check your oil drain line to make sure its not kinked. That could cause oil starvation to the turbo. Is the car burning oil? thanks..

Coolant is usually white. Even if the turbo is water cooled, it can't be the turbo burning coolant. You would have to have a crack in the casting somewhere. Which is almost unheard of. Sounds like an engine problem. Are you losing coolant? Post some close-ups of your spark plugs, make sure they are in focus too...

Man that hotside wheel is chewed up. Did you buy the turbo used like that or did you blow the old motor w/ it on there and not check it?
