Where the hell is the FPD (fuel palsation dampner)??

I was looking at mazdatrix's website and there fuel palsation dampner looks like the 2 fuel regulators on the fuel rail. I was told there were 2 fuel regulators but I'm assuming one is the FPD. Is the one on the rail it's self the fuel regulator ( has a nipple coming out of it) and the one connected to the primary injectors the FPD ( has no nipple coming out of it)? please help.

The FPD is the one with the nipple.

Thanks but just to make sure, the FPD (has nipple) is connected to the fuel rail which contains the secondary injectors and the FPR (no nipple) is connected to the primary injectors? Yes/No, thank you. Also do these two items contain gaskets because mine don't. I was told that my FPD was leaking but I can't seem to find where it will leak, the only place I could see it leaking is where it meets the rail by the two screws or the fuel line it's self? anybody know? Thanks flybye.

The FPD is connected to the primary rail, and I have always seen them with a nipple. The way they are installed, the nipple should be facing up.

The don't have a regular paper gasket. If you were to pull out the FPD, you will notice a rubber oil ring around the nipple inside where it squeezes into the primary fuel rail.

It's possible for it to leak from the rubber o-ring, but they usually leak from that little nipple.

Okay I'm confused, the primary fuel rail is the one where the 2 injectors are very close to each other, and the secondary fuel rail is the one where the 2 secondaries are far apart, basically at the ends of the rail, is this correct? Primary rail = small rail, Secondary rail = long rail. If it is I must have put the FPD and the FPR in the wrong places. Thanks for clarifying that for me. Thanks man.
