whats up guys

Recently i have discovered the car isn;t boosting above .3 bar .i pretty much have a pettit ECU, dp/highflow/cb. The car is running good and the 2nd turbo is coming on as well..But i'm getting like a .3 bar max. The last thing i did was the pettit intake and this happened shortly after i installed the intake. The car is running strong for .3 bar but im not seeing more boost than that...i checked the boost gauge to make sure it working right (but i can feel a difference btwn 4 and 12psi that i should be running at. I can feel and also hear air leaking from a hose or someting. I checked the main IC hoses, intake hoses, Y-pipe...

any suggestions..how shall i proceed.
