Where to find filler neck piece?

I've been looking through the parts diagrams, and for some reason, I cannot find the black plastic piece the filler cap screws onto in the catalogs/diagrams. It's literally the black plastic piece that bolts onto the filler neck with two bolts, and that the filler cap screws onto. Mine has a pin sized leak, but its not showing in the diagrams at all. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Weird, found it eventually. For anyone having this issue down the road, the thermostat housing was later superseded by a revised design that incorporated the filler cap threads into it, thus rendering this piece unnecessary,

Banzai Racing also sells a CNC'd aluminum version that's a copy of the FC filler neck that has the overflow nipple for doing an AST delete, FYI.

You can just plug that port with a bolt.
