where does my bar go?

hi.. i have imported a 2002 type r and when it arrived it was missing the front spoiler.. after some bolt issues i have now come across a steel bar about 50 cms long with 4 holes in it, 2 of which have welded nuts in the middle and the outside 2 are more open oval holes to allow for adjustment, its also has a lip on the bar so it shaped like an L.. basically i have no idea where it goes.. i will try and post a picture now but i'm not real sure how to post pics either.. any help would be appreciated.. cheers Sorry cant work how to display pictures??/?

You can see from this picture where it's located in the engine bay.

Just leave it out. No use for it.

That looks different than what the_glass_man and I described. It might still go in the same place, but there is nothing on my car that looks like that.

bolt holes do suggest the frame bar - which happens to have the lower mounting point for the intercooler on a standard engine i beleive - thus basically making it essential unless running a front mount.
