Raven... That is part of the front bumper.. Its the 99+ C-West kit as stated above...It will run you about 1.5g's i believe.. may be a little wrong.. Unless you already have the bumper...

ok from what im getting -- you buy the kit you get the flip coversion lights and the light below also--- I dont think those are the turn signals --- wait yes they are -- the front ones -- not the side
Your looking for the turn lamps. Also known as the 99 turn lamps.
Those are the only lights you need with the bumper.
