When removing the speed sensor should transmission oil drain out?

I was told no and this happens to me so my transmission must have been a little overfull. Who has removed their speed sensor? Did any transmission oil come out when you did it? Should it be full enough to drain out like this? Thanks!

Keep in mind that if you jack up the front of the car or the back or have both ends up on a lift, it will affect how the oil sits in the case. Normally, no fluid should come out I don't think.

Ok, well I am refilling the tranny a bit with the car flat and that will be the right amount of oil when it just starts to trickle out of the top hole with the square bolt, right?
