Each seal is different. The Atkins are thought to be softer than OEM. This is good for wear on the housings, but also allows them to be more prone to breaking. RA seals are though to be much harder than OEM. So they are less prone to breaking, but will cause more wear on the housings. There is no real perfect seal as most of them have some sort of downside (whether it's costs, wear, or something).
I've never used the Super Seals. When I purchased my kit many years ago, that product didn't exist. I would imagine there is some trade-off with those as well. As far as "sealing" goes, pretty much any 2mm seal with seal as well as another 2mm seal. It's been noted that 3mm doesn't seal as well as 2mm so the compression is sometimes lower with those builds.

I got a really good recommendation for this rebuild thread from a buddy locally and I just spent the last 4 hours reading all 18 pages in preparation for my rebuild, hope your backs doing better, I would really like to make it to a KCIR race day (weather drag or track) and maybe we can get some more RX7 guys to show up
